Книга эта заслуживает внимание уже потому что это на данный момент лучшее в мире исследование прусской армии XIX века. То есть даже немцы ничего равноценного написать не смогли. Что безусловно радует: в России есть отличные историки.

Предметом отдельной гордости для меня является попадание в список благодарностей автора (вместе с коллегами Т. Шевяковым и В. Накропиным, собравшими наверное лучшие в Европе, а уж в России точно, библиотеки по военной истории).
