Суд заявил, что есть разумные основания полагать, что они несут уголовную ответственность за военные преступления - голод как метод ведения войны». По мнению суда, есть достаточные основания полагать, что они «намеренно и сознательно лишили гражданское население Газы пищи, воды, лекарств, топлива и электричества». Это правильно.
UPD. Боррель заявил, что ордеры МУС против Нетаньяху и Галанта обязательны к исполнению для ЕС.
