Полностью согласен с коллегами. Проводимая губернатором ХМАО Натальей Комаровой так называемая реорганизация органов исполнительной власти региона (упразднение департамента, перевод функционала от одной структуры к другой и прочее) — не более чем попытка создания видимости по повышению эффективности управления территорией. Ничего от этого не поменяется, разве что еще больше вырастут расходы бюджетных средств.
