В индивидуальной психотерапии я использую кое-какие приемы, которые сильно интенсифицируют. Например, клиент приходит ко мне с диктофоном и записывает весь наш разговор. А дома он делает полную расшифровку: берет лист бумаги и записывает наш диалог, включая «бе, ме, хахаха».
На один час встречи со мной клиент 10 часов отрабатывает дома. В результате роль психотерапевта сводится к одной десятой всей работы. Конечно, ко мне пойдет только сумасшедший на таких условиях. Но те, кто готовы, обычно выздоравливают..
