🔸الخلاصة: كتاب فقهي استدلالي للمحقّق المدقّق الشيخ محمد هادي الطهراني (قدّس سره) يتعرّض فيه المصنّف إلى مسائل الصلح وتفرّعاته الكثيرة المتشعبة متتبّعاً أقوال العلماء ممّا يكشف عن سعة اطّلاعه ودقّة ملاحظته.
