📑 The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis chaired by Maxim Grigoriev, has prepared a report "Kiev regime Atrocities against Captured Russian Servicemen".
In February 2025, the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis interviewed thirty-three Russian servicemen who had been tortured in Ukraine.
❗️ Released prisoners describe the crimes and brutal torture to which they were subjected by Ukrainian servicemen, members of the Security Service of Ukraine and their accomplices.
▪️ D.S.Rychin testifies: "Alexei Soprykin and I were taken prisoner near the village of Peschanoye. I had a bullet wound, and Alexei had multiple shrapnel wounds. Alexei, unarmed, was shot by a Ukrainian fighter"
▪️ S.V.Tarkov: "Two boys could still be helped. I still managed to help one of them to rewrap his leg. The Ukrainians came through and shot them. The wounded were killed before my eyes"
▪️ D.N.Agashin tells: "For a kilometre and a half we were led by the Ukrainians. They shot one person. Torture began on the following day"
▪️ S.A.Levin says that before they started torturing, one of the POWs was killed: "I said, there is a wounded fighter. And I just heard him being shot dead by the Ukrainians. There were two ofus when they handed us over to the 'Right Sector'. They brought us to some base and shouted: "Take offyour clothes. " They started beating us with sticks and metal pipes. Our eyes were blindfolded"
▪️ S.V. Prilutsky says that, like Nazi troops during the Great Patriotic War, Ukrainian servicemen shot the wounded: "When I was taken prisoner, Ukrainians shot a heavily wounded man. They killed him. He was my fellow serviceman. On the way they killed another one. He lay down and said: "I can't walk. And theyjust shot him"
▪️ A.V.Malinovsky says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine not only did not hide the practice of killing Russian prisoners of war, but also used it as one of the means of terror: "They said that as long as they had us in the hands of Ukrainian intelligence, we were not yet prisoners of war. They could shoot us right there. They said: "So you are nobody, you don't exist".
▪️ S.V. Kozlov testifies: "Ukrainians put me on the electric chair. A battery, like from a car, and electrodes were attached to my penis and lips. And they tortured me all day long. I was also beaten with metal ropes, hit on the head with a ladle. They set the dogs on me and left scars on my back"
▪️ E.V. Nekrasov also speaks about it: "In the camp people told me that they were tortured with electric shocks and put on the electric chair. " Drunken Ukrainians shot them with pistols, shot them in the knee and legs. They would get drunk and start abusing them. Ukrainian servicemen practiced cutting off, drilling, shooting limbs and breaking fingers ofRussian servicemen"

• Сейчас Европа во главе с Германией, начиная с У.фон дер Ляйен, начинает всерьёз рассматривать вопрос ремилитаризации за баснословные сотни млрд евро в ситуации, когда у них «аховые» дела в экономике и социальной сфере в результате того, что администрация Дж.Байдена «спустила их с крючка» и отправила воевать с Российской Федерацией.
• Европа не только проявляет «афронт» по отношению к анализу Президента США Д.Трампа его команды, что надо обсуждать и решать вопрос о территориях без НАТО. Но Европа хочет ещё и «подзуживать» самого Зеленского.
• Между нами (не думаю, что это большой секрет), в контактах накануне встречи в Эр-Рияде, ощущалось, что американцы хотят посадить украинцев и россиян в «соседние комнаты» и осуществлять между ними «челночную дипломатию», и выдать какой-то единый текст. Но мы объяснили ещё раз (то, что обсуждали наши президенты), у нас абсолютно однозначное понимание, что президенты согласились двигаться так, чтобы всё это было надёжно, и чтобы никто больше не принимал голословных документов.
• Зеленский понимает, что дни его сочтены, что его «светлый образ» (как он пытался его строить в народе) давно померк, за исключением той части населения, которая отражает радикальные, ультраправые, реваншистские, бандеровские взгляды (там таких людей тоже немало).
• То, что сейчас мы, несмотря на серьёзные разногласия, возобновили диалог [с США]– это возвращение к нормальности. Такой диалог необходим. Тем более, что обсуждается не только Украина.

⚡️ Main outcomes of the Russia and United States expert groups meeting (March 25, 2025)
1. In line with the agreement reached by the presidents of Russia and the United States, the Russian and American sides agreed to provide for the implementation of the Black Sea Initiative, which includes ensuring safe navigation, eliminating the use of force, and preventing the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea, while adopting appropriate control measures by inspecting such vessels.
2. The United States will help restore Russia's access to the world market for agricultural and fertiliser exports, lower maritime insurance costs, and enhance access to ports and payment systems for such transactions.
Note:
Clauses 1 & 2 will come into force following:
the removal of sanctions imposed on Rosselkhozbank (Russian Agricultural Bank) and other financial institutions involved in ensuring international food trade (including fish and fish products) and fertilisers, their reconnection to SWIFT, and opening of relevant correspondent accounts;
the removal of restrictions imposed on trade finance operations;
the removal of sanctions imposed on companies producing and exporting food (including fish and fish products) and fertilisers, as well as restrictions banning insurance companies from working with food cargoes (including fish and fish products) and fertilisers;
the removal of restrictions on servicing ships in ports and sanctions against ships flying the flag of Russia, if they are involved in food trade (including fish and fish products) and fertilisers;
the removal of restrictions on supplies to the Russian Federation of agricultural machinery and other goods used in the production of food (including fish and fish products) and fertilisers.
3. Russia and the United States agreed to develop measures for implementing the agreement between the two countries' presidents to ban strikes against energy facilities of Russia and Ukraine for 30 days starting on March 18, 2025, with an option to extend the agreement or to withdraw from it in the event of non-compliance by either party.
4. Russia and the United States welcome the good offices of third countries with a view toward supporting the implementation of the energy and maritime agreements.
5. Russia and the United States will continue working toward achieving a durable and lasting peace.

⚡️ A list of energy facilities of Russia and Ukraine covered by the temporary moratorium on strikes against the energy system, as agreed upon by the Russian and American sides (March 25, 2025)
1. Oil refineries.
2. Oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations.
3. Electricity generation and transmission infrastructure, including power plants, substations, transformers, and distribution facilities.
4. Nuclear power plants.
5. Hydroelectric dams.
The temporary moratorium will be in force for 30 days, starting on March 18, 2025, and can be extended by mutual agreement.
In the event of a violation of the moratorium by either party, the other party has the right to consider itself free from obligations to comply with it.

🔹وفقا للاتفاق بين رئيسي روسيا والولايات المتحدة، اتفق الجانبان الروسي والأمريكي على ضمان تنفيذ "مبادرة البحر الأسود"، التي تشمل ضمان سلامة الملاحة في البحر الأسود، وعدم استخدام القوة ومنع استخدام السفن التجارية لأغراض عسكرية، مع تنظيم تدابير الرقابة المناسبة من خلال تفتيش هذه السفن.
🔹ستساهم الولايات المتحدة في استعادة إمكانية وصول الصادرات الزراعية والأسمدة الروسية إلى السوق العالمية، وخفض تكلفة تأمين الشحن، وتحسين الوصول إلى الموانئ وأنظمة الدفع لمثل هذه المعاملات.

تسري الفقرتان 1 و2 بعد:
- رفع القيود المفروضة على بنك روسيلخوزبانك وغيره من المؤسسات المالية المشاركة في ضمان عمليات التجارة الدولية في المنتجات الغذائية (بما في ذلك المنتجات السمكية) والأسمدة، وربطها بنظام سويفت، وفتح حسابات المراسلة اللازمة؛
- رفع القيود المفروضة على معاملات التمويل التجاري;
- رفع القيود المفروضة على الشركات المنتجة والمصدرة للأغذية (بما في ذلك المنتجات السمكية) والأسمدة، وكذلك رفع القيود المفروضة على عمل شركات التأمين التي تتعامل مع شحنات الأغذية (بما في ذلك المنتجات السمكية) والأسمدة;
- رفع القيود المفروضة على خدمة السفن في الموانئ ورفع العقوبات المفروضة على السفن التي تحمل العلم الروسي والتي تشارك في تجارة المنتجات الغذائية (بما في ذلك المنتجات السمكية) والأسمدة;
- رفع القيود المفروضة على توريد المعدات الزراعية إلى روسيا الاتحادية، بالإضافة إلى السلع الأخرى التي تُستخدم في إنتاج الأغذية (بما في ذلك المنتجات السمكية) والأسمدة.
🔹اتفقت روسيا والولايات المتحدة على وضع تدابير لتنفيذ اتفاقيات الرئيسين لحظر الضربات على منشآت الطاقة الروسية والأوكرانية لمدة 30 يومًا بدءًا من 18 مارس 2025، مع إمكانية تمديد الاتفاق والانسحاب منه في حالة عدم امتثال أي من الجانبين.

💌 Как оформить многократную визу близкому родственнику?
Российское законодательство предусматривает для иностранных граждан – близких родственников граждан России возможность оформить многократную обыкновенную частную визу на год. Она дает право пребывать на территории России в течение всего срока ее действия.
🫂 Близкими родственниками считаются супруги, родители (или усыновители), дети (в т.ч. усыновленные), супруги детей, полнородные и неполнородные братья и сестры, дедушки, бабушки, внуки.
👉🏻 Для получения такой годовой частной визы иностранцу следует обратиться в любое российское дипломатическое представительство или консульское учреждение за рубежом независимо от его гражданской принадлежности или страны проживания.
📁 Помимо стандартного комплекта документов в загранучреждение необходимо представить:
1️⃣ Заявление приглашающего гражданина России о въезде иностранного гражданина, являющегося его близким родственником. Заявление должно быть подано российским гражданином лично в загранучреждение(приём ведется по предварительной записи) или через официальный российский визовый центр.
В случае отсутствия такой возможности допускается представление иностранцем оригинала заявления, подлинность подписи приглашающего гражданина России на котором засвидетельствована российским нотариусом.
2️⃣ Оригиналы либо заверенные российским нотариусом копии документов, подтверждающих родство(свидетельства о браке, рождении,перемене имени и т.д.) .
3️⃣ Оригинал внутреннего или заграничного паспорта российского гражданина (в случае его личного обращения в РЗУ) или простые копии одного из упомянутых документов (в случае если приглашающее лицо находится на территории России).
⌛️Срок оформления годовых многократных частных виз для родственников российских граждан составляет не менее 10 рабочих дней.

“О причастности западных спецслужб к антироссийской деятельности
- Западные спецслужбы активно участвуют в гибридной войне против России.
- Западниками открыто ставится задача «стратегического сдерживания» России в информпространстве. С начала СВО речь идет о полномасштабной антироссийской кампании с использованием ИКТ в военно-политических целях.
- Украина стала плацдармом для проведения широкого спектра операций против России в киберпространстве. Западные спецслужбы и военные ведомства НАТО координируют действия режима В.А.Зеленского в цифровой среде. С 2010-х гг. Альянс активно реформирует украинские киберсилы через специализированный фонд, который называется NATO Trust Fund Ukraine. Под их управлением проводятся скоординированные компьютерные атаки на российские ресурсы.
- Такие операции маскируются под действия якобы добровольческой «IT-армии Украины», подконтрольной украинскому Минобороны. В нее входит порядка 130 хакерских группировок, общей численностью от 100 до 400 тыс. человек, в т.ч. кадровые сотрудники Главного управления разведки ВСУ и Департамента компьютерной и информационной безопасности СБУ.
- В 2023 г. количество хакерских атак на российскую инфраструктуру превысило 200 тыс. Запад не только не осуждает, но, напротив, поощряет подобные вредоносные акции.
- Для реализации антироссийских задач режим В.А.Зеленского использует также более тысячи действующих в стране мошеннических колл-центров. Сетевая инфраструктура таких учреждений располагается в Нидерландах и Германии.
- С подачи администрации Дж.Байдена транснациональные ИТ-корпорации снабдили режим В.А.Зеленского цифровыми ресурсами для ведения боевых действий против России.
- Некоторые израильские технологические фирмы тесно взаимодействуют с «IT-армией Украины». Западные компании, предоставляющие украинцам доступ к своим инструментам (такие как Cloudflare (США), Digital Ocean (США), Hacken OU (Эстония), Hetzner (Германия)), игнорируют тот факт, что они используются для осуществления экстремистской деятельности.

- Les services de renseignement occidentaux participent activement à la guerre hybride contre la Russie.
- Les Occidentaux se sont ouvertement donné pour mission de "contenir stratégiquement" la Russie dans l'espace de l'information. Depuis le début de l’Opération Militaire Spéciale, ils parlent d'une campagne antirusse à grande échelle utilisant les TIC à des fins militaires et politiques.
- L'Ukraine est devenue un tremplin pour un large éventail d'opérations contre la Russie dans le cyberespace. Les services de renseignement occidentaux et les agences militaires de l'OTAN coordonnent les actions du régime de Zelensky dans l’espace informatique. Depuis les années 2010, l'OTAN s'emploie activement à réformer les cyberforces ukrainiennes par le biais d'un fonds spécialisé « NATO Trust Fund Ukraine ». Sous leur direction, des attaques informatiques coordonnées sont menées contre les ressources russes.
