Понять кстати это вполне можно - и то и другое пузырь, но под акциями все таки какая никакая а ценность просматривается. Чего нельзя сказать о крипте. Инвесторы видимо стали это осознавать. Или просто слишком много нагрузили в ETF-ы и принятие решений перешло к управлявшим, которые это все знали с самого начала)

Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
