В Егорьевском и Воскресенском судебных районах состоялись сегодня рабочие встречи адвокатов с руководством АПМО. В повестке обсуждения были заявлены следующие вопросы: урегулирование задолженности со стороны судебно-следственных органов перед адвокатами, осуществляющими защиту в порядке ст. 51 УПК РФ, вопросы принятия «двойной защиты», исполнения программы повышения квалификации, а также вопросы участия адвокатов данных районов в оказании бесплатной юридической помощи.
