Депутаты Госдумы внесли на рассмотрение законопроект, который сокращает срок пребывания иностранцев в России до 90 суток в течение года и вводит режим высылки нелегальных мигрантов. В настоящий момент иностранные граждане могут находиться в стране без визы 180 дней в год.
Режим высылки документу, будут устанавливать в отношении иностранцев, которые не имеют права находиться на территории России.
«Планируется, что вышеназванные изменения не только помогут усилить контроль за нахождением иностранных граждан на территории РФ, но и будут мотивировать иностранных граждан легализовать свой статус на территории РФ», — говорится в пояснительной записке.
