Конечно, очень увлекательно слышать про то, как концессии превратились в средство по обескровливанию региональных бюджетов из уст председателя Госдумы, которая то самое концессионное законодательство и принимало - вместе с теми лазейками, которые позволили под видом концессий залазить в огромные долги и отдавать мегаподряды без конкурса. Причем убежден, что лазейки эти были сделаны сознательно. Невозможно "продать метр границы" не понимая, что из этого последует. А теперь такое искреннее возмущение.
