Но популярность популярностью, а вот качество уборки — это совершенно другое.
При резком понижении температуры (без выпадения осадков) и образовании зимней скользкости на пешеходных зонах коммунальным службам отводится от 12 до 24 часов. Что же мы видим в реальности? Подход к уборке улиц явно не соответствует временному режиму, выставленному законом.
