«Откуда такая беспомощность и провинциализм в мышлении российских элит? Никто ничего не отдает, можно только забрать свое, правом сильного.
Нужно уничтожать государственную инфраструктуру управления Украины и недоговороспособные элиты, которые захватили власть после Майдана 2014 года.
Это ключ к качественному изменению ситуации. Пока Россия демонстрирует, что никаких планов по демонтажу государственной и идеологической системы Украины у нее нет».

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
