За последние годы Липецк лишился полномочий в сфере здравоохранения, полномочий в градостроительной деятельности, организации пассажирских перевозок и в сфере теплоснабжения. Хозяйственный комплекс отдали или в концессию, или в частное распоряжение. Остались образование, культура, и... метла.
Теперь и организовать выборы депутатов город, вроде как, не в состоянии, а облизбиркому виднее - как и каких депутатов выбирать правильно.
Кстати, облизбирком отлично провел последние выборы в облсовет на территории Липецка - 11 из 12 депутатов избраны от КПРФ. В этом году будет попытка "реабилитироватся"?
