Президент России Владимир Путин утвердил состав Совета при Президенте РФ по науке и образованию. Соответствующий указ опубликован на портале правовой информации. В состав Совета вошел ректор МГТУ им. Н.Э. Баумана Михаил Гордин.
Председателем Совета стал глава государства, заместителем председателя назначен зампред Совбеза РФ Дмитрий Медведев, секретарем — помощник Президента РФ Андрей Фурсенко.
Всего в Совет вошли 46 человек, в том числе члены Правительства РФ, ректоры вузов, представители исполнительной власти и бизнеса.
