Интересно, что такой избирательный финт проделан исключительно в Саратове. И говорят, Володин ни с кем подобный маневр не согласовал. Понятно, что ход этот в стиле Володина - все помнят, как в 2016 он в угоду результату полностью наплевал на легитимность, засушив явку на выборах в ГосДуму. Теперь устраняет любую, даже системную конкуренцию, в своем регионе.
