Фотографу удалось пообщаться с министром экологии республики, и по его словам, шансы стабилизировать ситуацию есть. Для этого нужно попасть в десятку самых загрязненных городов России, а следовательно — под федеральную программу и финансирование.

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital.
