Трудовой кодекс будет дополнен положением, согласно которому работодатели обязаны будут указывать в трудовом договоре размер и порядок компенсации расходов работника на использование личного оборудования, если это необходимо для выполнения должностных обязанностей.
Проект соответствующего закон представил вчера глава комитета Госдумы по труду, социальной политике и делам ветеранов Ярослав Нилов.
По его словам, такая мера позволит компенсировать работникам интернет-трафик, амортизацию устройства и другие расходы.
