Према наводима оптужнице, за окривљене наводно постоји “основана сумња да су у периоду 1998-1999.године, са умишљајем и саучесништвом, извршили кривична дела: убиство, физичко и психичко злостављање, пљачку покретне имовине цивилног становништва”.
“Овим су, у саизвршилаштву, извршили кривично дело Ратни злочин против цивилног становништва, санкционисано чланом 142, у вези са чланом 22 Кривичног закона Социјалистичке Федеративне Републике Југославије (у даљем тексту: ЗП-РСФЈ), тј. закона који је важио у време извршења кривичног дела”, наводи се у саопштењу такозваног тужилаштва.
