Команда BYPOL и «Закон и правопорядок» завершила свое участие в Конференции «Новая Беларусь».

В ходе Конференции был поднят важный вопрос награждения беларуских партизан. Александр Азаров задал вопрос Светлане Тихановской: Будут ли награждены беларуские партизаны, наградные листы на которых были поданы 7 месяцев назад. С.Тихановская обещала разобраться с этим вопросом.

Напомним: 1 февраля 2024 года BYPOL направил в Объединенный Переходный Кабинет Беларуси 8 наградных листов о награждении беларуских партизан (https://www.group-telegram.com/id/bypolofficial.com/162 ) нагрудным почетным знаком «Партызанскі Народны Крыж». Решение по данному вопросу, к сожалению, до сих пор не принято.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
