Выступая на публичном форуме НАТО перед встречей лидеров, он сказал, что ВСУ «встречают яростное сопротивление», им противостоят российские войска на позициях с подготовленной обороной, минными полями и противотанковыми заграждениями.
«Позиционная оборона - это серьезный вызов, но НАТО должна сосредоточиться на продолжении поддержки Украины», - сказал он.
Также он считает, что отсутствие успехов во время контрнаступления должно компенсироваться очередным расширением военной поддержки Киева со стороны НАТО.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
