⚖️📹Савеловский суд Москвы отказался заблокировать YouTube-канал ведущей и блогера Анастасии Ивлеевойпо требованию предпринимателя и общественного деятеля Александра Морозова из-за размещенных на этом ресурсе роликов с ненормативной лексикой
Морозов потребовал от ООО «Гугл» заблокировать аккаунт ведущей на YouTube, а также взыскать с компании и самой Ивлеевой 10 млн рублей солидарно.
Однако, как говорится в решении суда, интересы истца та информация, которая упоминается в роликах на канале «Настя Ивлеева», не затрагивает. Кроме того, суд установил, что видеоматериалы, которые просматривал Морозов, имеют маркировку 18+, а потому защищены внутренними механизмами YouTube от просмотра этих роликов несовершеннолетними. На основании этого иск был отклонен судом в полном объеме.
