Справка. Emrates ID – это обязательный документ для граждан и резидентов Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов. Аналог паспорта/гражданства/вида на жительства.
После получения документа гражданин может пользоваться всеми государственными услугами и, например, голосовать на выборах Федерального национального совета ОАЭ.
Главное, что мы узнали из этой новости – дочь волгоградского предпринимателя Михаила Грачева долгое время является резидентом иностранного государства. Оказывается ли тем самым косвенное иностранное влияние на руководство и собственников российской компании ГРАСС неизвестно.
