Данные банков показывают, что для задолженности по кредитным картам, находящейся в льготном периоде, характерны пониженные уровни дефолтности (в 2–3 раза ниже, чем по задолженности, для которой льготный период закончился). Заемщики используют их преимущественно для транзакций и в течение льготного периода не платят проценты по долгу, что уменьшает вероятность его выхода в просрочку.
Клиенты, которые успевают погашать задолженность в рамках льготного срока, как правило, характеризуются более надежным риск-профилем. В связи с этим для повышения риск-чувствительности в регулирование были внесены изменения, позволяющие устанавливать макропруденциальные надбавки для задолженности в льготном периоде, зависящие от показателя долговой нагрузки (ПДН) заемщика.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
