В Правительстве области сообщили, что люди, находившиеся в местах возможного подтопления в селах Новое и Восточное, эвакуированы, однако местные жители сообщают. В муниципалитет для координации действий местных властей выехала министр ЖКХ области.
Для расчистки железнодорожных путей направлено более ста специалистов, организован подвоз воды, ведётся укрепление плотины мешками с песком.
