На самом деле, политологи место прочат Александру Орлу, который тоже заявился на конкурс, а ранее оставил ради поста врио в Коркино должность главы Ленинского района Челябинска. Тем не менее, всё честно - через строгий отбор комиссии с естественной конкуренцией.
