Налоговый вычет предлагают повысить с 2 до 6 млн руб., в этом случае можно будет вернуть максимум 780 тыс. руб. (13% от 6 млн руб.)
В последний раз размер налогового вычета меняли в 2008 году с 1 до 2 млн руб, все последующие предложения увеличить вычет были отклонены.
В этот раз увеличение вычета поддерживает Минстрой, рассказали в руководстве НОСТРОЙ.
Там также отметили, что с последнего повышения вычета жилье значительно подорожало, и сейчас вычет практически не дает поддержки, поэтому увеличение вычета могло бы стимулировать покупательский спрос на рынке жилья.
