Из 75 претендентов, принесших документы на регистрацию, отказано было всего четырем, 71 претендент получил статус кандидата. То есть процент отказов в этом году беспрецедентно низок.
Доля отказов 2022 – 5,3% 2021 – 20% 2020 – 34%
Остальные 13 из первоначально заявленных 88 желающих побороться за звание губернатора, документы на регистрацию по разным причинам не принесли.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
