Или их так низко ценят в правительстве Югры? И для того, чтобы поняли, так называемый "инсайдер" в лице первого замгубернатора ХМАО Алексей Шипилов тратит бюджетные деньги? Дабы столичные политологи объяснили мэрам очевидное? Это конгениально!
Ну и, конечно, организовано по известной схеме губернатора Комаровой. Ведь реально, там все в доле? Организаторам — откаты? "Коучерам" — гонорары, мэрам — лишние командировки с командировочными, населению... А населению — новую власть, простите, в смысле — обученных мэров 👍
