В целом ролик посвящен нападениям боевиков ИГ на своих противников в иракской провинции Салах-эд-Дин, расположенной на севере Ирака. Целями джихадистов становятся иракские силовики, ополченцы и их осведомители. Большая часть нападений происходят ночью. Боевики одеты в иракскую военную униформу, при виде которой жертвы выдают информацию о себе, думая, что перед ними настоящие иракские солдаты. После установления личности джихадисты расстреливают всех, кто хоть как-то связан с борьбой против Исламского государства.
В одном из эпизодов ролика боевик ИГ приходит на спортивную площадку в н.п. Хадрания, где иракские силовики играют в футбол и открывает огонь по ним из автомата Калашникова. По официальным данным один человек погиб, еще 6 были серьезно ранены.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
