Моему возмущению нет предела. С утра мне поступают звонки о том, что избирком Тульской области меня признал иностранным агентом. Это лживая и подлая провокация, направленная на то, чтобы подорвать наши усилия по участию в выборах в Тульской области.
В системе ГАС ВЫБОРЫ весь день была размещена информация о том, что я являюсь иностранным агентом. Это наглая ложь, порочащая мои честь и достоинство, наносящая ущерб моей деловой репутации.
Ни в каком реестре иностранных агентов я не состою. Более того, Минюст недавно мне прислал официальный ответ, что меня нет даже в реестре лиц, аффилированных с иностранными агентами. Даже если мои недоброжелатели в исполнительных органах власти пролоббировали моё попадание в этот реестр в связи с участием в губернаторских выборах и сегодня меня таким объявят, то этот статус по закону в отношении меня можно будет применить не ранее, чем завтра.
Очень жаль, что избирательная комиссия Тульской области участвует в таких провокациях. Я буду добиваться привлечения к ответственности руководства комиссии.

The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
