Распоряжением Главы ДНР №14 от 20 января 2025 года принято предложение администрации городского округа Мариуполь и ООО «Специализированный застройщик “Олимпстрой НР”» о предоставлении указанному юридическому лицу в аренду без проведения торгов земельного участка площадью 4654 кв.м, находящегося в муниципальной собственности, для реализации масштабного инвестиционного проекта, который предусматривает строительство многоквартирного жилого дома.
Документ вступает в силу со дня его официального опубликования.
