Почему то мне нравится Калининград именно зимой. Стоя на берегу моря, вдыхая прохладный воздух, с легким запахом водорослей, смотря в серое небо с заревом заката, я чувствую себя дома. 🐚🤍🗡

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
