«Если вы замёрзли, попали под дождь, конечно же, имеет смысл в тёплом помещении снять мокрую одежду, согреться, согреть себя снаружи около теплового прибора и высушить одежду. А еще принять какие-то народные средства — чай с малиной, чай с мёдом. Это всегда действенно и помогает. Это нормальные методики. При этом мы точно должны понимать, что не стоит злоупотреблять алкоголем», — прокомментировал врач.
