Роспотребназор предупредил пермские магазины о незаконности запрета фотосъёмки
В Перми Роспотребнадзор начал получать жалобы на некоторые магазины, которые запрещают фотосъёмку в торговых залах. Юристы ведомства называют такие запреты незаконными.
Они ссылаются на Правила продажи товаров по договору розничной купли-продажи (утв. Постановлением Правительства РФ от 31.12.2020 № 2463). Пункт №2 запрещает ограничивать покупателей в процессе получения информации, в том числе путем фотографирования товара.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
