Долгие 872 дня город находился в окружении, испытывая на себе все ужасы войны. Но даже в самые тёмные времена ленинградцы проявляли невероятную силу духа. Они продолжали жить, работать, верить в лучшее и бороться за свое будущее.
Мы чтим память всех, кто пережил те страшные годы, кто сражался за мир и свободу. Их подвиг — пример для всех нас! 🙏

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram.
