Надалі за допомогою підроблених документів вони здійснили поставку товару та через рід фінансових операцій вивели гроші в готівку. Таким чином завдали державному бюджету понад 10 млн грн збитків.
Наразі завершено досудове розслідування, обвинувальний акт скеровано до суду.
