🔹 جلسه با دکتر طالبیان، معاون سابق وزیر میراث فرهنگی و مسئول پرونده‌های ثبت جهانی یونسکو، در خصوص:
✅ کلان‌پروژه ثبت جهانی بافت تاریخی اصفهان
✅ پروژه مشترک دانشگاه تهران و هیأت اندیشه‌ورز مدیریت شهری

این جلسات گام‌های مؤثری در جهت تقویت همکاری‌های علمی، نوآورانه و فرهنگی برای آینده‌ای بهتر و پایدارتر برای شهر اصفهان هستند.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said.
