В результате проверки выявлен ряд нарушений природоохранного законодательства. Зафиксированы превышения допустимых показателей в выбросах, несоблюдение экологических требований, есть замечания по обращению с отходами.
Сейчас проводим работу по привлечению ООО «Феникс» к ответственности сразу по нескольким статьям КоАП РФ. Общая сумма штрафов может достигнуть 370 тысяч рублей. Кроме того, статьями предусмотрена приостановка деятельности.
Мы поддерживаем наши производства и промышленный сектор, но на принципах взаимного ответственного отношения к соблюдению законодательства, заботы о здоровье жителей и окружающей среде.
