Налогоплательщики на УСН, применяющие пониженные ставки НДС 5% или 7%, должны отражать его в кассовых чеках в соответствии с приказом ФНС России от 14.09.2020 № ЕД-7-20/662@. Чтобы сделать это корректно, необходимо установить обновленное программное обеспечение контрольно-кассовой техники (ККТ), поддерживающее указание в кассовом чеке обязательных реквизитов в виде специальных ставок по НДС 5 % и 7%.
В том случае если разработчиками кассовой техники к 01.01.2025 не предоставлено обновленное программное обеспечение ККТ, то пользователи таких онлайн - касс могут временно продолжить формирование чеков с использованием реквизитов «сумма расчета по чеку без НДС» (тег 1105) и «сумма расчетов без НДС» (тег 1183) до выхода соответствующего обновления ККТ.
