Об этом сообщила председатель Совета Федерации РФ Валентина Матвиенко в рамках III международного форума "Содружество моды" в Санкт-Петербурге. В работе над документом принимали участие парламенты всех заинтересованных стран, что позволяет подготовить всесторонне согласованный документ.
