В России открылся первый арктический испытательный центр БАС
Сегодня в городе Салехард Ямало-Ненецкого автономного округа открыли Арктический испытательный центр, который появился благодаря реализации курируемого Росавиацией федпроекта «Развитие инфраструктуры, обеспечение безопасности и формирование специализированной системы сертификации БАС» нацпроекта «Беспилотные авиационные системы».
☑️Теперь в регионе созданы все условия для испытаний новых моделей беспилотников. В открытии центра принял участие заместитель руководителя Росавиации Андрей Потемкин.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys.
