Сейчас в доме на Каменноостровском проспекте в части квартир, в которых в том числе живут семьи с детьми, отсутствует тепло из-за сломанного рабочими стояка — батареи холодные. А дыра между первым и вторым этажом не исчезла, хотя, согласно рабочему графику, ООО «Листра» должна была закончить ремонтные работы 1 ноября 2024 года.
