Переходный период для ФГИС ЛК: три месяца без штрафов
В «ОПОРЕ РОССИИ» предложили установить переходный период до 31 марта 2025 года, в течение которого лесопользователи не будут привлекаться к административной ответственности за нарушения, связанные с функционалом ФГИС ЛК. Представляется, что за этот период в систему будут внесены недостающие данные о лесах, а предприятия МСП, в свою очередь, смогут адаптироваться к новым условиям работы.
«Лесной комплекс» обратился за комментарием к Андрею Гончарову, первому вице-президенту ассоциации «Русский лес» и председателю Комиссии «ОПОРЫ РОССИИ» по лесному комплексу.
