Если коротко и тезисно: * ГОСТ — гадость и устарел. * Диссертации штука важная, но подход к к нужно перерабатывать. * Публичная доступность диссертации куда важнее, чем шрифт и отсутпы. * Почти всё оформление должно определяться самим советом с учётом специальности и местных правил и традиций. * Диссертация должна быть обобщённым сборником статей с унифицированными обозначениями и прояснёнными мотивировками. #матобр@forodirchNEWS
