Мещанский районный суд Москвы решил отобрать 27 объектов недвижимости, связанных с экс-владельцем банка "Югра" Алексеем Хотиным. Суд удовлетворил иск Федеральной службы судебных приставов (ФССП) на закрытом заседании 22 ноября. В результате в собственность государства перешли бизнес-центры, торговые комплексы и земельные участки общей площадью свыше 1,5 млн квадратных метров.
Среди национализированных активов - офисные комплексы "Красный богатырь", Loft Ville, Cherry Tower и "Фаворит". Также под контроль государства попали торговые центры "Горбушкин двор" и "Филион". Адвокат Хотиных, Павел Хлюстов, отметил, что суд инициировал немедленное исполнение решения.
Ранее Мещанский суд национализировал здание гостиницы "Москва", где располагается отель Four Seasons. В марте 2024 года Алексей Хотин был приговорен к девяти годам лишения свободы за растрату 23,6 млрд рублей. Его состояние когда-то оценивалось Forbes в $700 млн.
