Инженерный корпус армии США может в ускоренном порядке одобрить сотни проектов в сфере энергетики на основании объявленного президентом страны Дональдом Трампом чрезвычайного положения в этом секторе, сообщает газета New York Times, которая ознакомилась со списком проектов.
Газета указывает, что любая компания или лицо, желающее реализовать проект в судоходных водах США или сбросить что-либо в эти воды, должно получить разрешение от инженерного корпуса.
"За последние дни ведомство открыло путь сотням энергетических проектов к ускоренному утверждению, ссылаясь на указ, подписанный Трампом", - пишет газета

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
