Что меняется:
— Получатели средств по госпрограмме, пострадавшие в результате обстрелов со стороны ВФУ и/или террористических актов, освобождаются от ответственности за недостижение плановых показателей деятельности.
При этом должен быть документально подтверждён факт причинения ущерба имуществу, которое используется для осуществления деятельности получателя средств.
— Вводится новый порядок расчёта размера субсидий, предоставляемых региональным бюджетам на развитие сельского туризма.
