Обводное шоссе в районе Кунцево Западного округа Москвы получило своё название в 1958 году, так как прокладывалось в обход (или обвод) основного массива рабочего посёлка Рублёво, который уже тогда входил в состав Москвы, хотя и был расположен далеко от тогдашних границ города. В 1901 году тут была открыта насосная станция, обеспечивавшая, наряду с Мытищинским водопроводом, столицу питьевой водой. Благодаря этому село с 1919 года административно подчиняется Москве. Кстати, скоро мы опубликуем фото из похожего столичного эксклава. Есть предположения?
