Необходимо обеспечивать естественный путь пешеходов условиями движения по прямому и короткому маршруту, логичному для минимизации времени перемещения (линии желания).
Во Франции закреплено: любое удлинение маршрута приведет к значительному несоблюдению декларации закона "О равных правах инвалидов", который является эталонным законом с точки зрения доступности городской среды.
