Застройщик для территории разработал проект планировки и межевания. Там появятся 150 тысяч квадратных метров жилья, высота домов от 6 до 18-ти этажей, и, что самое важное – предусмотрен учебный комплекс школа-детский сад на 670/280 мест и дорога. Компания сформировала под них участки и уже безвозмездно передала городу.
Также проектом планировки на территории предусмотрено размещение 3-х спортплощадок и строительство отдельно стоящих зданий спортзала и объекта культурно-досугового назначения.
